How can I tell if an order has been submitted successfully?
If you see a confirmation screen after you have submitted your order, then it has been transmitted properly. You should also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after the order was placed. If you are still not sure, please contact a customer service representative at cs@montanacoffeeshop.com
When are orders processed?
Orders take 24 hours to process, through our system. Please add an extra business day to the shipping service process. Orders received after 4 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), or during Holidays are processed at the end of the next business day.
It is important to note that if a holiday falls on a weekend, it may be replaced by the preceding Friday or the following Monday.
How do I make changes to or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Please e-mail us immediately and include your name, order number and telephone number. If the order has not already been processed for shipping, we will gladly make the change.
If an item is out of stock, will I be notified?
Yes, a Customer Service representative will notify you of any delays on your order. In the case of an out-of-stock item, you will receive notice when the item is available for shipping.
Is it possible to accidentally submit the same order twice?
No. A few years ago it was possible, but with today's technology, it is not.
Shipping & Returns
What is the cost of shipping?
We have 2 shipping rates. For orders under 4 pounds, we will charge a shipping fee of $9.3. For orders over 4 pounds, the shipping rate is $12.5 per order for all USA cities. For international orders, please contact us at info@montanacoffeeshop.com
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We do our best to ship packages the same day the order is placed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped Monday. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for all items.
How can I track my package?
When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to the email address on file containing your tracking number. You may also e-mail us with your order number, name and ship to address. A customer service representative will respond by the end of the next business day.
How do I go about returning an order?
All orders are backed by Our Promise of quality guarantee. If you receive a different order or items with packaging issues, we will gladly replace your order. Please contact our customer service representatives in the next 7 days from the day you received the order, by email to arrange an exchange or return of the product at cs@montanacoffeeshop.com
